• "Platform" refers to Freelancer Link Dashboard, including all associated services.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity using our platform, including Freelancers and Clients.
• "Freelancer" refers to professionals offering services through our platform.
• "Client" refers to individuals or companies seeking freelance services.

2. Eligibility

To use our platform, you must:

• Be at least 17 years old.
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Account Registration

• Users must create an account to access certain features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activity is detected.

4. Services and Responsibilities

• For Freelancers: You must provide accurate details about your skills, experience, and availability. You agree to deliver services as agreed with Clients.
• For Clients: You agree to provide clear job descriptions and compensate Freelancers for completed work.
• For All Users: We do not guarantee job placements or project completions. We serve as a connection platform but do not oversee transactions or contracts between Users.

5. Payments and Fees

• Payments between Clients and Freelancers are processed securely through our platform.
• We may charge service fees, which will be disclosed before transactions.
• Refunds and disputes are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Use the platform to spam, harass, or exploit others.
• Circumvent payment or service fees.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on our platform, including logos, text, and graphics, is our property or licensed to us.
• Users may not copy, distribute, or modify content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for disputes, damages, or losses arising from transactions between Users.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free functionality.
• Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, especially for violations of these Terms.
